FILL OUT every line and enclose it with the repair you are sending. When filling out the product questionnaire, remember to be as specific as possible. Use words like; buzzes, hums, Intermittent audio, no audio, low audio, distorted audio, etc. It is also important to indicate if problem takes time to develop, is constant, or can be induced by tapping, thumping, etc. Describe symptoms for all sections that apply. Make sure to indicate if amplifier was dropped, had something spilled in it, or was victim of a lightning strike or any other unusual circumstance. |
