Over 35 years ago, EMI was a service-only business. Since then we have drastically increased our scope but we have never change our commitment to service and electronic repairs.
Our in-shop and field service departments have maintained a constant presence in this area. We have provided repairs for almost every organization, music store, performing artist and major facility you can think of.
We have also been a warranty center for over 50 companies. Working in conjunction with our rental department (EMI Rentals) and our sound and video sales and installation department (EMI Audio) we can repair, replace or redesign any sound or video system. HOURS AND RATES |

| Our business hours are 10-6 Monday thru Saturday.
The In Shop Rate is $80 per hour. We have a $40 minimum charge.
The Out of Shop Rate is $100 per hour, with a $120 minimum charge.
The in shop lead time varies between several days to several weeks depending on the season.
Any in shop repair can be made a RUSH REPAIR by paying the $40 RUSH CHARGE. When you pay a RUSH CHARGE your repair is the next one on the bench. It is typically done the same day it comes in. In the rare case that we have to order parts, your repair may not be available when you need it. We have a large RENTAL DEPARTMENT that may be able to help you.
