St Gerards

When St Gerards built a new church they called upon EMIAudio to design and install their sound system.

 
This system had to be unobtrusive and be easy to use. Some services would not have a sound system operator.

Other services would have an experienced operator and use all of the capability of  their 32 channel mixer. 

A Shure automatic mixer was used in conjunction with the large console.
Computer modeling experience is the essential to good design.

"The key to good intelligibility is to get good direct coverage. The computer model helps determine the speaker placement for the best direct coverage possible."

Jeff Geisler designs most of the models for EMIAudio.
Bose model 32 speakers provide coverage for areas outside of the main system. Choir mics were hung from the ceiling to provide sound re-enforcement and recording ability. A Shure pulpit mic was used for best sound and feedback reduction.
