| EMI Audio has been in business since 1973. It is a family organization started by Jim Geisler who serves as the President of EMI Audio. Jeff Geisler runs the Design, Installation & Acoustics Department and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. Tim Geisler is the manager of the Rental and Retail Sales departments. We have a staff of 15 that operate our Rental, Sales, Repair & Field Service and Design, Installation & Acoustics Departments. |

Rentals - Our huge rental department has a huge inventory of up to date equipment. We stock all types of audio, lighting and video products. We have everything you need for a small meeting or a huge concert. We will help make your event successful. |

| Sales - We offer professional-quality products and components. Special offers, Demos and problem solving products are emphisized. We have special pricing on slightly used products from our rental division. We also sell large quantities of used equipment taken as trade-in on the new systems we install. |

Repair & Field Service - We base all of our operations on service. We began as a service company and continue to provide support to our install, rental and repair customers. We are a service center for over 50 manufacturers and maintain a staff of 3 dedicated service technicians. Service calls are often performed the same day our customers call. As an install customer, you will have priority over any other repair even after the one year all inclusive warranty is over. |

| Design, Installation & Acoustics - Our install department has extensive experience with all types of audio and video systems. See www.EMIaudio.com for profiles of the projects we have installed. We have been chosen by national chains to perform installs and service in the Minnesota Area. Our primary focus is on Churches and Schools with approximately 25 major installs per year. |

| We are centrally located in NE Minneapolis at 2852 Johnson St NE. We have been in this location for over 20 years. The 10,000 square ft building provides the home for our different departments and a showroom to demo rental and sale items. There is free parking on the street or in our parking lot. |
