ControlSpace parameters sets & groups, coupled with ease of programming made this solution very attractive to our dealer. GPI/O functionality is used extensively to provide ease of system on/off from any control panel location or from pushbutton panels at strategic locations.

This product exemplifies a dealer opportunity to upgrade an existing system with ControlSpace technology. Prospecting and sales expense is minimal for upgrade projects like this so each ControlSpace dealer can anticipate immediate incremental sales within their customer base. Multiple control surfaces were selected to meet owner expectations of control and our CC-16 and CC-64 interfaces completely “Wowed” everyone who used them.

The Challenge

The school’s Performance Theater sound system needs to be operated by untrained personnel for a variety of daily activities. During class, instructors need to control the system’s wireless microphones without a dedicated operator. During performances, the main system operator needs a stage manager to adjust monitor levels. During assemblies, loudspeaker zones need to be adjusted according to audience size.
